Information and Media Law
Legal Competence for the Digital Era
The digital world needs legal professionals and experts who not only understand technological developments, but can also classify them legally, assess them, and help shape them. This is exactly where the LL.M. program “Information and Media Law” comes in: an established, interdisciplinary continuing education program at the intersection of law, technology, media, and business.
In this master’s program, technical foundations meet civil, public, and criminal law perspectives, complemented by media economics, data protection, telecommunications, copyright, legal tech, and AI-related issues. Deliberately trans- and interdisciplinary, the program is aimed not only at lawyers but also at individuals with relevant prior qualifications from technical, business, or journalism fields.
