The LL.M. program “Real Estate and Residential Property Law” gives you access to one of the most dynamic and demanding fields of law. You will deepen your expertise in core areas such as tenancy and lease law, condominium and housing cooperative law, and purposefully expand it to adjacent fields including construction, neighbor, tax, and fee law. By closely integrating legal analysis with business fundamentals and real estate valuation, you will gain a holistic understanding of the real estate sector. Ongoing integration of current case law from the Austrian Supreme Court (OGH) ensures that you not only keep pace with legal developments but also apply them with confidence. In this way, you strengthen your expertise for responsible, high-level roles in housing and real estate law.
